Validate organization proposal (teams description proposed by Juan Gabardini & Ricardo Colusso)
Do we need to distribute in teams? No: It will force an arbitrary division Yes: It is needed to focus. It is needed to discuss and 'design' in smaller groups Agreement: We will form teams, but once task are identified anybody could take it.
Who will take the PO role? Agreement: The Program team is driver of the business, so it is the Product Owner.

If more than one comunicates with 3rd parties, they will get confused, so we will always:
  • Make a list (sponsors, universities, speakers, hotels,...)
  • Identify the best contact
  • Try to keep the channel

  • Shouldn't we have a PB for each Scrum (i.e. Organization) Team?
