Has many years experience leading and coaching agile teams around the world. Could speak on TOC, Lean, Agile PMOs, or Organizational Transformations for the creation of Agile Companies
  • Mary Poppendieck: Matt contacted Mary and she is very interested to participate. She can came to give a two day course-training and then be a keynote speaker in the conference . The Program team will determine the topic and arrange for the technical program of the conference. This team will contact all prospective trainers, speakers, and session organizers and will work with the Conference team in coordinating sessions with keynote sessions. The Program team is responsible for implementing all phases of the program, which include:
  • Leadership in stimulating the program
  • Solicitation, review and selection of conference presentations
  • Organization of theme tracks
  • Preparation of the Call for Papers or similar
  • Logistics of all sessions
  • Ensure appropriate hosting of foreign trainers and speakers.
The Program team will request the Local Arrangements team to make arrangements for all necessary facilities for presentations at the sessions. The Program team will provide the necessary program information to the Publicity and Public Relations team for advance publicity purposes. This team works with the Registration team to provide the data on speakers and sessions that may be helpful to the registration process.

    [rdavila]Me gusta la idea de tener un grupo inicila de precentaciones, pero yo creo que podemos complementarlo, a traves de invitaciones abiertas a cualquiera que quiera contribuir, por ejemplo podemoms extender invitaciones por medio de las listas de correo de los gruposYahoo. En ese caso yo creo que necesitaremos un grupo que se encargue de revisar y aprovar los candidatos potenciales.
    [jgabardini] Se me ocurre un track de herramientas, con formatos como workshop, how to, clinicas. Contenidos como herramients de refactoring, prueba unitaria, prueba de acceptación, information radiators, ...
    No necesariamente lo más importante, pero útil para que fomentar el intercambio de experiencias y nos da pie a inclur entre los sponsors a fabricantes de herramientas y los que apoyan herramientas FLOSS
    [ajlopez2000] Se podria presentar un caso real, o simil, desarrollado con alguna metodologia. El proyecto, los requerimientos, la gente, el resultado. Sugiero que si alguien este en un proyecto, vaya haciendo un diario como entregable de cada dia.
    [leomicheloni] Nosotros estamos comenzado con MSF for Agile con team foundation (cuando digo comenzando es comenzando recién instalamos el TFS) la idea es tenerlo totalmente implementado para mitad de año. No sé si esta experiencia puede servir.
