Done- Initial list of sponsors (see Publicity & Public relations page) - Contact with some of them (see Publicity & Public relations page) - Talks with Emilio, Matt, Alan, Tobias on speakers --> We have a chance to bring a big name! (I left it to Emilio) -->we will probably need to scale down our target (to 150 persons) -->Tobias is most probably comming as CST (CSM trainer) and guiding us to organize the the interactive track --> Boris (SPRiNT-iT) will be in South Africa during the week of 28 Sept), so he would prefer came to Arg on the week of Oct 6 - Contact with Polo Chaco I will do - Define sponsor packages Impediments - We need to start fixing some of the variables. If we have a cost of La Plaza, let take is as a first estimate. The same with speakers, etc. Let's fix what we expect sponsors to pay, etc. Let's target the next sprint with a economic viability (a first cut estimate of incomes and costs). - I think that every task must be taken in pair! - We need daily (or something like that) meetings for each team. Do you find this valuable?
